Agreement to Terms

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed. If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order or proceed at the correct price.

Product Availability

Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. If an item sells out after you have paid and we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you and refund you.

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase products from us. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including email address and payment method, so we can complete your transactions.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email when your order ships.

Exchange Policy Agreement

Before checkout, you will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to our exchange policy.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders cannot be canceled, unless we cannot fulfill the order. In that case, we will refund you.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders via UPS to U.S. addresses only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first and check with neighbors and household members. We are not automatically responsible for packages marked as delivered, but we review exceptional cases individually.

Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Size exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability; if the size you need is unavailable, we will take the item back and issue store credit. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The BH Brand or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
